Pricing

A subscription, priced per covered name

Three tiers are planned. Prices are not published yet — they will be when they are set, and access before then is arranged by request.

Arthex is pre-launch. The product is in active build, early access is granted by request, and no tier is purchasable yet.

Individual

Independent public-market investors

Self-serve, with a capped watchlist. For someone following a focused personal portfolio who wants the filing-and-transcript reading collapsed without taking on a professional data platform.

  • A capped watchlist of covered names
  • One brief per covered name, per reporting event
  • Price and earnings analysis, market overview, volume tracking
  • Full per-name history for as long as the name stays covered

Price to be published at launch.

Professional

Investment managers and RIAs

Wider coverage plus export, so a brief can move out of the workspace and into the memos, review packs and meetings where decisions actually get recorded.

  • Everything in Individual, with a larger coverage allowance
  • Export, so a brief can leave the workspace
  • Earnings overview across the whole covered list
  • Priority on access as capacity opens

Price to be published at launch.

Team

Firms with a shared coverage universe

Shared watchlists, priced per seat. A firm defines its covered universe once and everyone reads the same record of it, so a colleague picking up a name mid-season starts from the same history rather than their own notes.

  • Everything in Professional
  • Shared watchlists across the firm
  • Per-seat pricing on a shared coverage allowance
  • One consistent written record per name, per quarter

Price to be published at launch.

The model

Why coverage is the unit

The billing unit is not an arbitrary choice — it is the shape of the cost base, made visible.

Priced per covered name

Coverage is what drives cost. Each name, each quarter, is designed to be a long-context inference run over a filing and a full call transcript — so the thing you pay for and the thing that costs us are deliberately the same unit.

Seasonal by nature

Four times a year most of a watchlist reports inside a few crowded weeks, and between those windows there is little new to read. Subscription smooths that for you; event-driven architecture is how we absorb it on our side.

Analysis runs once per event

A completed brief is stored against its reporting event and served from there. Reading it again, or a colleague reading it, does not re-run the analysis — which is why cost tracks coverage rather than usage.

Questions

Common questions about the model

Why price per covered name rather than per seat?
Because coverage is the cost. A seat that watches four names and a seat that watches four hundred are not the same product to deliver. Pricing on names keeps the bill proportional to the work, and it means a small team covering a lot is not subsidised by a large team covering little. The Team tier adds per-seat pricing on top of a shared coverage allowance, so both dimensions are represented where both matter.
What counts as a covered name?
A company on your watchlist that Arthex analyses when it reports. A name you are simply watching the price of, without analysis, is not the same thing as a name you have under coverage — and the distinction is what the allowance is measured in.
Can I change my coverage during a term?
Yes, and the product is built on that assumption — coverage lists are meant to move as a book changes. Names added mid-term are intended to take effect from the next billing period, and names removed to free their allowance immediately. The exact reconciliation will be in the published terms.
Is there a trial?
Not decided. Evaluation terms are being worked out alongside the rates, and we would rather tell you where that stands in a conversation than commit here to something we might later have to withdraw.
Do I need a market data subscription of my own?
No. Market data used by the analysis and shown in the workspace is part of the product.
Is Arthex giving investment advice?
No. Arthex analyses public disclosure and market data and presents the result. It does not issue recommendations, manage money, execute trades or hold client assets. The brief is an input to your decision; the decision stays with you.
