What this website collects, what the product is designed to collect, and what happens to it.

Published 10 August 2026. This notice describes our intended practice and will be superseded by a counsel-reviewed version before Arthex accepts paying customers.

This website

arthex.io is a statically exported site hosted on AWS Amplify. It sets no advertising or analytics cookies, runs no third-party trackers, and asks you for nothing. Your theme preference is stored in your own browser and never leaves it.

As with any hosted website, the infrastructure serving these pages records standard request logs — IP address, timestamp, requested path and user agent — which exist so the service can be operated and abuse investigated. We do not use them to build a profile of you.

If you email us

When you write to hello@arthex.io we hold your message and address for as long as needed to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not add you to a marketing list without your asking, and we do not sell or share contact details with third parties.

The product

Arthex analyses public company disclosure — filings, earnings releases and call transcripts — together with market data. That material is public by nature and is not personal information about you.

For an account holder, the product is designed to hold what it needs to work: your account and authentication details, the watchlist of companies you cover, and the analysis produced against that coverage. Your watchlist is treated as confidential — it says what you are looking at, which is not something we would expose or trade on.

Arthex is designed to run on AWS. Analysis is planned to use Amazon Bedrock, with documents in Amazon S3 and structured records in Amazon RDS. Where processing happens through a model provider, it is on terms intended to prevent your data being used to train third-party models.

Retention and access

Account data is designed to be kept for as long as the account is open. Analysis produced against your coverage is retained so a quarter can be read against the ones before it — that history is part of what you are paying for. On closing an account you will be able to request export and deletion, and the specific retention periods and export window will be published in the final version of this notice.

What we do not claim

Arthex holds no security certification today. We do not claim SOC 2 or ISO 27001 compliance, and we would rather say so plainly than imply an audit that has not happened. Encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access and separation of environments are the baseline the build is designed around.
